Eating Healthy Should Be A Daily Routine
I think having a healthy diet is the key to living a longer life. I say this because your body doesn't really start to age over time until about 60 65. There are some people out there that are 40 and look like they are 55 and will blame it on aging. People age because there body isn't mantaining that healthy weight it did back when you were 20-30. Also as people get married they fall off their own diets and start loosing their awsome shape that they had before marriage because they concentrate more on working and helping their children then themselves. I think 2 hours of cardio a day is awsome for the body and if consistent for years and years you will be guaranteed to live at least another healthy 10-15 years. Eating right is very important especially with good excersise like 2 hours a day is good enough to maintain a good weight. Some healthy foods would be unsalted nuts, fruits like apples, banannas and plums etc. Be smart. Be healthy.

Are the Yankees going to really win this year?
Well I hope the Yankees win this year and I do believe the Yankees are going to win the 2009 worldseries. Not only because the fact they went out this offseason and spent over 100s of millions on about 3, 4 players but because they picked up big time players who hit and pitch good at the time needed. The Yankees are the best franchise ever and will most likely continue and add to there 26 world series rings this year. They have a real good manager who actually played for them in the 90s which was a time where the Yankees were undefeatable and has very good mangerial experience. The Yankees only needed a couple of pitching additions which they definitely got with the pick up of C.C Sabathia and A.J Burnet and they also picked up one of the best hitters in the game, Mark Texiera. There are many goals and expectations of this franchise organizations and if they don't produce the way they have produced in October like they have in the past it will leave many Yankee fans with many questions for next year and years to come.
